Hi Mike: Are you allowing CGI's to run in IIS?
In 2003 you have to go to allowable extensions and manually click on the setting to allow UNKNOWN CGI's to run. I am not sure if that is your problem but in 2000 this setting was not there. In 2003 it is there and it has to be enabled before: - ASP applications run - Includes work - relative addressing work - CGI's to work.. 2003 is more locked by default. 2000 was open by default and had to be disabled.. In 2003 it is the opposite.
