No errors on page. If u provide a test acct name/pw we can login and do some poking around. Our KWM login screen intermittently is "not found" or, at some moments we CAN login to find some internal images and links "not found". I did, however purchase a service contract moments ago and installed the KWM on one hosted domain's mail server: http://mail.995usa.com This is still running 7.15 on the backend and we tried 50 times to open the page using Mozilla and IE 6 and cannot get 100% success rate of the page displaying properly. I have not received my upgrade ID to get 8.02 (or whichever is greater) to put on the backend and see if this is where we are having the problem. Thanks. Declude trio of Hijack, Virus, Junkmail. We have tested everything and reinstalled Imail all patched up to the issue version again, checked DNS on the images path, DNS on the host path and any other network or hardware related issue we could think of. We have checked the Ipswitch KB, read google groups and looked for anyone else who may have the same issue or seen intermittent webmail failure in a like circumstance and found nothing helpful. Can anyone point me in a direction to resolution? R.
