I have not had the time to fully investigate, as it will require running
NetMon on a high volume server which will create extremely large logs
quickly requiring further analysis. It appears to be a DNS issue where by
the DNS server under high CACHE loads causes a response slowdown. Flushing
the CACHE clears the problem until it occurs again.
