Hey Scott, Not only have I stopped and restarted the services, but I've renamed the kill.lst file to kill.old and rebooted the server...several times. No dice. 208.255.176.2 is my mail server. I've even searched for partial listings of the customer's domain: "mail.med.upenn.edu", "mail", "med", "upenn", etc., and while I get listings for "mail" or "med" I don't get the entire string "mail.med.upenn.edu". Strange. In fact, I even did searches for "messagelabs.com" and they are the filtering company for the customer. Nothing.
