Not only have I stopped and restarted the services, but I've renamed the kill.lst file to kill.old and rebooted the server...several times. No dice. 208.255.176.2 is my mail server. I've even searched for partial listings of the customer's domain: "mail.med.upenn.edu", "mail", "med", "upenn", etc., and while I get listings for "mail" or "med" I don't get the entire string "mail.med.upenn.edu". Strange. In fact, I even did searches for "messagelabs.com" and they are the filtering company for the customer. Nothing.
There definitely is something blocking "mail.med.upenn.edu" on that server -- other domains (med.upenn.edu, etc.) do not get blocked. But mail.med.upenn.edu does.
What I would try doing here is stopping all IMail services that are currently running, and restarting them.
Are you sure that it is the Kill List (in the SMTP settings in IMail Administrator) that you are looking at?
