I just installed Imail's AV product and after an hour or so symcscan.exe runs the CPU to 98% and Imail stops delivering mail. The queue just keeps getting bigger. Imail still accepts SMTP mail and the pop service is still responsive. I am running this at home and only have about 10 accounts on the box with a low mail volume. I am running Imail 8.05 This was a DDR 2 processor motherboard. I started yesterday with just one 933Mhz proc. After it started using so much CPU I added a second CPU, same story it just maxes both CPU's I had Norton's corp av product on the machine also, I have removed it and see no change. I have been through the FAQ's on Ipswich's site and can not find anything there that helps. Anyone seen this before?
