Thanks Scott,

At this point, since we're considering using pktFilter anyway, I think I'll probably 
use that approach, since the rules.txt file is very straightforward, and it does 
interface directly with the IP filtering device driver within Windows Server 2003 as a 
service.  A simple re-write of the file every hour or so, and a quick FTP upload to 
the iMail server after, will keep the highest offenders blocked from even connecting 
to the box.
