I am running the Imail AntiVirus from Symantec. I thought it was a mailserver virus scanner. There are no other scanners on that box. Thanks! Let me guess: You don't have a mailserver virus scanner, but you *do* have an on-access virus scanner running on your IMail server? This is one of the problems that will occur if you do that. If it detects a virus in a D*.SMD file (which it may or may not do, depending on many factors), the D*.SMD file gets deleted, resulting in a blank E-mail.
