Here is one I received:

This is the only thing that is in the email.

That one is almost certainly spamware that went bad. We've seen tons of spam with just a Received: header and a broken Message-ID: header (the X-UIDL: header is added by IMail). Given that it is coming from rr.com, it's almost certainly spam being sent from broken spamware on a zombie.
