Just curious, can she send from web messaging? Are you using outlook or outlook express? If you are using outlook could you setup express (or vice versa)? You should be able to import one into the other and then check the settings. Or you could download a free copy of Eudora - I THINK it can pull in outlook folders and settings.

I think the error message is coming from iMail... I use the same ISP (in the same house with a differrent PC) for sending with my account and iMail's SMTP.. On her machine I can't send using iMail's SMTP auth with either my account or hers? I guess it must be a client (Outlook issue).... You said you could use her ISP's SMTP but not yours. What ISP? I think this could be your issue. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of IC Sent: Saturday, March 27, 2004 7:29 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [IMail Forum] Undeliverable OK... I have isoloated it to my customer's (girl friends) computer (client)..., as I can not send to anyone off the iMail server using her or my account with her conputer. I hope I do not have to eliminate the Account and start over (on Oultook) as she has dozens of folders... I can send from her computer using her ISPs SMTP server... Any thoughts?
