I don't know how many domains that you are running but here I copy the updated "anti-spam" files from Ipswitch to a folder on the server (after I purge domains from their URL-Blacklist that I feel should not be in there. I keep a text file that contains the domains that I have removed and delete those domains from their file). I then run a batch file to copy these new files to each of he domains and then restart both the SMTP and the Queue Manager. I do this every two weeks when they release an updated "anti-spam" set.
This URL is what my In-Bound rules file has in it to catch most infected emails.

If you use it make sure to edit it to have the emails it catches go to an account on your server - don't send them to me!

contains the text found in the Info-manger for both the account that gets "spam" forwarded to it and also the account that gets the emails with "banned" attachment types.
Try these settings and let me know how they work for you.
FYI: Because you are in Belgium you might want to NOT use the Statisitcal Filter.
