Ok, I think I understand better now, thanks Scott.

We also host a number of domains that absolutely never generate mail...They have no MX 
records and aren't configured on any mail
server (example would be .net and .org domains of an active .com we have running 
full-function).  Should these also have something
in their DNS to tell MTA's that no mail bearing these domains in sender address should 
be accepted?

You ran an SPF test that simulated a sender of [EMAIL PROTECTED]
sending E-mail from the IP 209.132.161.151.

The end result was "PASS", which means that an E-mail from
[EMAIL PROTECTED] from the IP 209.132.161.151 would pass SPF (and in
theory be delivered without being scanned for spam, although in reality
that would be implementation dependent).

That actually isn't relevant to SPF (except for bounce messages, which have
no sender).

That, too, does not matter to SPF.

SPF says that if E-mail comes from an E-mail address @langsenkamp.com, it
