Our Imail 8.10 choked last night and stopped sending mail. Inbound connections were ok, but all outbound sending stopped. Looking this morning I found tons of these in the log files around the time it stopped:
Connect fail x.x.x.x [x.x.x.x]: no buffer space available Found nothing in the list archives and this is all I found in the KB: http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/WSK-19980714-EM18.htm Not very helpful. When things choked, the box was doing about 40% of its peak daytime duty and it ONLY handles Imail/Declude/Sniffer/Fprot.
