For the AOL problem, we add a custom header via Declude to identify the sender and notify them that they are jeopardizing the relay service by reporting mail that we relay for them as spam.  If they continue, then we stop relaying and strongly encourage them to pick up mail directly from our server instead. The account is used for around receiving messages from around 50 mailing lists and they all work fine, except the new list (my first) that is setup with IMail. The problem seems to be that the POP3 connector isn't able to route the messages so shunts them off to the Postmaster.  Normally the POP3 connector looks for the X-RCPT-TO: entry in the header and then acts on that, but the IMail list doesn't seem to generate it.
