This list is not broken- I can see 
    X-RCPT-TO: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
just fine!  But looking at a emails from lists on my server I get only:
    X-RCPT-TO: [EMAIL PROTECTED]>
And even
    X-RCPT-TO: assat.net>


I'm running 8.05 hf2.  Don't know if Julian is running the same version.
Posting some examples might have helped too!

This doesn't affect me directly, since I always use 'Enable Subject
Modification', and filter on that.
