Does anyone see a pattern here for these abusers?  It's primarily the
telco's!

You are probably right, but that is a BS excuse for them to use.  Maybe they
should have thought about
what they were doing before they just slapped up a couple NASs or DSLAMs and
claimed they were ISPs.

BTW, I can't wait until AOL blocks one of the big boys.  I think we will
hold a party at the office.
