Opps, the line should of said:

        v=spf1 a mx ip4:12.177.8.48/62 -all

Thanks for the info Scott, I am not familiar with how the CIDR range stuff
works, but we have IP's 12.177.8.48 to 12.177.8.62. So something like:

        v=spf1 a mx ip4:12.*.*.48/62 -all

Would that work or am I using this incorrect?

Also, anyone know how to do this via command line using MS DNS? I have
tried it, but can not find out how to enter it correctly.

Sincerely,
Grant Griffith

Are they all in the same CIDR range? If so, you can use something like:

         v=spf1 a mx ip4:192.0.2.24/29 -all

That would allow any IP to send mail with your domain in the return address
if the IP is in the 192.0.2.24/29 range (or in the MX or A record of the
domain, as your previous SPF record allowed).
