Thanks for the info Scott, I am not familiar with how the CIDR range stuff
works, but we have IP's 12.177.8.48 to 12.177.8.62.  So something like:

        v=spf1 a mx ip4:12.*.*.48/62 -all

Would that work or am I using this incorrect?

According to http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/cidr.ch?ip=12.177.8.48 , you can use 12.177.8.48/28 (the number after the "/" indicates the number of insignificant bits in a netmask, not part of the actual IP).
