I am having trouble with users not being able to reach WebMail initial page.  For example, I have one user trying to connect in yesterday and could not get in through at T1 connection.  I tried 10 minutes on dial-up and the login page loads right up.  Later on in the day the user on the T-1 was able to get in.  Today he can not.  What is causing this inconsistency?  Is it bandwidth congestion at the perimeter, the mail server itself, or some settings in Imail that I need to address?

 

This morning, I could not get into the webmail through my dialup.  I did a reboot of the mail server and then I was able to get in.
