I don't see it as a bug at all. As I read it, once the mailbox size limit has been reached, Imail should simply refuse to accept any more mail, not delete existing mail. I don't think I understand what you're expecting Imail to do; you've set a lower maximum mailbox size than the amount of messages currently in the mailbox, so Imail should certainly reject any more messages coming in. But it sounds like you want Imail to reduce the existing message box sizes automatically. By what criteria should it select the messages to delete? I would think that would be a matter between user and administrator, not a decision Imail can (or should!) be expected to make.
