Hi Dave

Here's the logs.  The mail system has determined that the domain name is in the whitelist, but it still adds the X-IMAIL-SPAM headers anyway, so the email ends up as spam when it passes through the mail filters.

Subject: Re: [IMail Forum] Whitelisted domains don't work!

Can you show the actual (full) log entry?

Just for grins, did you stop/restart the Queue and SMTP service?

I'm sure I've done this right, there isn't really any way of messing it up.

I've added a domain name, in the format of "mydomainname.com" (without quotes), to the whitelist but the email is still being treated as spam.

The Imail headers in the message are...

X-IMAIL-SPAM-VALHELO: (547600130374fbcf)
X-IMAIL-SPAM-VALREVDNS: (547600130374fbcf)

Any ideas?

I'm running Imail 8.12 on W2K.

Thanks

Aaron
