I agree regarding the management!

Our company is not very good at the deployment. Our server manager does not
like us using Logon Scripts, so that really hurts when trying to deploy new
version of products.

The NT Client Rollout from the SSC works...but there is something about it I
just don't completely trust. It works a bit better with the updated SSC that
comes with SAV 9 CE.

We still rely on a lot of manual work to install updates to apps, not only
SAV but Office, Acrobat, etc. Anything.

But the management is the best! We tried the Network Associated ePO and it
was crap!

Just wish the Symantec Client Firewall was as good as the antivirus. Or as
good as Imail! Love Imail! So easy to use...and so cheap! Try comparing it's
pricing to Exchange. We will never go to Exchange because of the costs
involved. But why would we want to? Imail is perfect. And so easy!

Yep ineffecient, but every release is a leap ahead of the previous one. I
would guess the businesses that are using it are using it because it is part
of their NAV subscription.

For us it adds redundant gatways and AV scanning at no additional cost from
our desktop scanning and the corporate desktop management and deployment is
by far the best we have tested.
