I'm using blackholes.five-ten-sg.com more
than a 6 month and have never ever experience
a problem with blocking white emails, especially
from list.ipswitch.com members.

Do you mean "I'm using FIVETENFREE, FIVETENIGNORE, FIVETENKLEZ, FIVETENMULTI, FIVETENOPTIN, FIVETENOTHER, FIVETENSINGLE, FIVETENSRC, and FIVETENTCPA"? It sounds like you are treating all those 9 tests as one giant test. They weren't meant to be used together, as they are very different tests (one of them doesn't list spammers; instead, it lists IPs associated with companies that do improper telemarketing).

Today is the first time I'v received more than a 5 mails from members
listed as misc spam. Anybody knows whats going on
there?

That's normal. Several of the FIVETEN* tests intentionally list large ranges of IPs (such as entire ISPs).

It's important to never block E-mails based on spam tests, unless you either know what the spam test does, or you trust the company that picked the spam tests for you (for example, Declude JunkMail includes a number of spam tests enabled by deafult, but we used our many years of experience in the anti-spam industry to determine which tests to use and what weighting each should have).
