Sorry, but we are not able to find anything in the log about this spam mails.
But you said that there were .SMD files. If you search the IMail SMTP log file for the .SMD file name (minus first character and extension), you'll find the log file entries for it. So if you have a .SMD file named D1234567.SMD, you would search for "1234567".
The relay is closed. We have kept "No Mail Relay".

So it could be possible that the mails are originating from the IP we have kept as trusted IP.
No. If you use "No Mail Relay", everyone must use SMTP AUTH -- and there are no IPs that can relay without using SMTP AUTH. I would recommend double-checking the anti-relay settings.
