That isn't what you need. :) For a *relative* idea of whether or not there is a problem, you can use a log file analyze. But for a concrete idea -- the actual answer, and how to fix it -- you need to learn how to read the log files. http://www.declude.com/help_answer.asp?ID=128 will help you learn.
If you aren't sure of what to do, start by taking one of those .SMD files that you know isn't a legitimate E-mail, and search the IMail SMTP log file for the spool file name minus the first character and extension. You'll find one line that has "SMTPD" in it. Look for the 8-character process identifier (in parentheses, such as "(00000a81)"), and search back in the log file for the previous entries with that identifier. You'll then find the log file entries for that E-mail. You can post them here, and we can provide further advice.
