As an experiment, I added EVERYONE with full-control to IMail and its subfolders, then
re-tried the web interface for maintaining lists. I still get the same error message
when I try to modify the 'trailer.txt' file:
Failed to modify contents of "trailer.txt" file
Then, promptly removed the EVERYONE account.
The two accounts that have full-control access to IMail are:
Administrator
SYSTEM
There are no other accounts on the IMail folder or its subfolders.
