Title: total number of e-mail process

 Any body processing more than 500,000 email a day. How does your server handles this kind of volume?
Our average is about 720 with a max of 1.2 on Fridays. The server is not happy on Fridays, we have to baby sit a lot.
  Just wandering what you guys see a out there.
