I have had a few users complain about getting the same message over and over. I have
one right now that has received one single message about 38 times today, but the
message was sent yesterday.
I have looked through the log and only saw the one entry from yesterday. I have also
looked at her main.mbx and don't see a message stuck in there. Could it just be
something with that message that is looping somewhere.
Also her email client is set to check every 10 minutes.
