I'm reposting this from the Support Forum since this list seems more active.

I'm having a problem with at least 2 users getting their e-mail. Both create the same problem for me when they try to get their mail. The first user is getting his mail via IMAP and part way through he gets an error and then I can't PING the mail server or communicate with it any other way and have to restart it to get it working again. This happens almost every time (it was EVERY time except today while we were testing it actually got through twice though I don't think he was checking all his accounts).. The second user today checked his e-mail using IMAP to test for us and it worked. Then he checked using POP3 and we can't PING the server. IMail's webmail seems to work fine. It's just when using an e-mail client that this happens.

Looking in the log shows a 10054 error. Here is a section of the error log though this was the first time I got the 301 error:

You can see the two "send error x.x.x.x 10054" errors. I looked in the knowledge base and it said to disable the power management for the NIC, which I did and it had no effect. Not sure what is going on. This just started a week ago out of the blue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm running IMail 7.15.
