Forgot this one: If you purchase the Collaboration as an upgrade to an existing Imail, the 1 year included SA will be ADDED to any existing SA. Example, I renewed my SA 10 days ago, and it has an expiration of 10/15/05. If I purchase the upgrade to Collaboration, my SA is good until 10/15/06.
