MailEnable looks damn good!!!
Enterprise version is only $560 and has more features than we paid for. If I
were Declude or MxGuard I would latch onto that mail server. Hint Hint...
MailEnable is a fairly simple server to extend. You can write 'events' (actually event handlers) in just about anything, compiled or interpreted. Not sure how it performs under load though.
We are waiting to see what Ipswotch does with the customer feedback but we are considering a simple port of our add-on for 4th QTR 2004.
