Unfreakinbelievable. I am stunned at Ipswitch arrogance. I'd bet Ipswitch Product Managers tonight are completely stunned by the negative list responses--and a recrimination earthquake (and major CYA) will occur tomorrow morning at Ipswitch headquarters.
If I were Merak, I would put together a special low-cost "welcome" package just for the hundreds of Imail customers bolting Ipswitch in the next 3 months. Anyways, we will also be dumping Imail in the future. Anybody have actual hands-on experience (good or bad) with a Merak installation? Merak sounds very powerful and a good value, but there is no substitute for the experiences of someone who has administered it in a production environment. Anybody?
