Sorry, Len, not business, it is very personal to me when I have dumped thousands personally into Ipswitch in good faith that I would be investing long-term in a company that would not low ball me and would always be there for me when I needed them. It is this blatant uncaring that is so disturbing. They obviously take for granted all the users who have supported them for years now. It simply does not matter that we have faithfully stuck with their product through many problems, lack of features, giving them capital to further their product. It is a gross violation of that trust that is unethical and totally inappropriate. You invest in a product with the preconception that the company will support it and not try to rip you off. this is a total rip off trying to force a whole host of products I don't want or need upon me. I will never forget their total lack of concern over all the support we have given to their company and their products for many many years.
