I take this to mean that with the new revenue stream there will be funds to develop Imail features within ICS. That would be a good thing. This also seems to mean that without this new revenue model there are no funds to develop Imail. ICS maybe be a great thing, but we can not afford to use it. We don't use all the features of IMail 8.13 and we would not use the new features of the ICS product. We maintain our SA but have never used support. We use it to stay current. We will continue to use Imail 8.x until it no longer works.
