[IMail Forum] Adding / Editing Users

Hi,   We are running IMail 8.10 on Windows 2000 Server.    Today, we are having a problem adding and editing user accounts.   When we try to add a new account, the First and Last Name disappear so both fields are blank when we click the APPLY button.    We tried to edit an existing account, and it did the same thing.   Now, when we try to edit an existing account, the First Name and Last name fields appear blank, but they are grayed out (not white), so you can not edit them.   We checked to see if all the services were running and noticed that the OpenLDAP-SLAPD service was not started.  We tried to start it, but it will not start.   The server has already been rebooted.   Has anyone seen this before?  Does anyone know how to fix this problem?   Thanks in advance for your help...   Melissa
