Sounds like case by case they will see how much they can squeeze those who
are interested! Perhaps they will find that it's not working and go back to
whatever was normal.

Jill,

You (Ipswitch) still refuse to answer a very simple and basic 
question.  Will IMail as a standalone product be made available for general 
sale?

An SA is not a product. It simply gives you access to tech support, patch 
updates and the next version release.  If there is not going to be another 
version release than you are buying an SA for a dead product.

The only answer you (Ipswitch) have ever given "reported by others that 
said they called Ipswitch) on being able to purchase a standalone version 
of Imail was on a "case-by-case basis" until you can evaluate customer 
feedback.  That says the product will NOT be available for general purpose 
and therefore anybody that wants to stay with Imail will be trapped into 
needing to figure out how they can meet a case-by-case basis" when they 
need to add another server to their farm.  I would think that there has 
been plenty of time for the evaluation of customer feedback and your 
continued silence on this issue is deafening!
