I don't think anyone would disagree that people have the right to make their feelings of disenchantment known to Ipswitch. But does it have to be done over and over to this list? I think the first 500 or so postings got the point across. Last time I checked, the various departments at Ipswitch have direct email addresses. People could contact them directly. I, for one, read this list for the help I get on IMail issues, not to read about how Ipswitch has destroyed someone's trust with their "evil" business practices for the umpteenth time.

I have not said much on this issue as of yet and I don't really plan to
say much. But I do agree with Ted that we need to let Ip$witch know how
we feel. If we don't let them know what we want and how we feel, they
will not know how to fix it. However I am not expecting anything with
this snafu to be fixed.
