Depending on the format you want the output in, you can do something as simple as:
egrep "^(To:|From:)" imail\spool\spam\D*.SMD You can get the sending ip address too, but you need to know where that would be placed in the headers based on whether you have a gateway sitting in front of your IMail server or not.
