I think there's a *lot* of uncertainty among many people about that. Uncertainty generates FUD, and the conversation degenerates. I *think* that what you're trying to do is pretty much in line with what the community is striving for. And the more I've learnt about what you're trying to do, the more I've moved along the line from sceptic towards supporter. So please keep telling us more about what you're trying to do!
