No. We don't want the legal issues this has. Regardless of your
feelings about it, as a US-based organisation there are too many
issues surrounding this.
I should note that this does not mean that we cannot make it easy to
install codecs-of-questionable-legality. See the OpenSolaris codec
pack as an example:
