If this is to be a first pass for Octoberish then including all of the
Vermillion consolidation will explode the size of the basic CDROM installer.
Would not something very lightweight like XFCE be a better choice just to
get off the ground?

I certainly didn't expect that any creation in project Indiana would come
out of the gate with 100+ packages or more just for an initial Desktop :

  pkginfo | grep SUN | grep -i gnome | cat -n - >
  http://www.blastwave.org/dclarke/gnome_packages.txt

I was thinking, hoping for something really minimal with basic desktop
functionality. The user could then choose what they wanted to add on their
own as they required it. Very Debian or Blastwave like.

Am I entirely off base here ?
