Absolutely agree, and we're trying to do this to some extents. I'm not too
concerned about freezing stuff before a first prototype, but after that we'll
need to start working towards a set of milestones (something that I'm trying to
sit down and come up with a rough proposal right now).

I'll take all the blame on that front - I'm starting to put more focus into
providing some more solid detail on the project website. I've been traveling
solidly for the last month, and just getting around to picking up the pace on
other aspects of Indiana again.
