Glynn,

What I would like to see on the Indiana Web-page:

1. Main List of objectives - limits and purpose should be clear. Targeted
audience and future release timeline and path.

2. Application list (base, open source, binaries only 3rd party apps, 3rd
party FS support viz reiserfs rw, NTFS rw, ext3 rw, etc) This needs to be
grouped than what Sun does on their website for the software list.

3. Targetted hardware compatibility list (AMD, intel, chipsets, video
hardware, wifi hardware and such)

4. Moderated Support/Forum web page ( not now, but when the products hits
the download
sites

5. Link to FAQs ( example: will it support my fav linux app run under lxrun?
NO, this is solaris, stop using Linux. OR Can I compile WINE on this distro
and run IE on this OS? { I do not know how to answer that}, OR I am not a
developer, but I would like to help, how can I help? (seriously, I am not a
developer, but I want to help)

6. Polls links for suggested Apps (of course this needs to be moderated so
that a person can vote only once using her/his ID)

7. Developers list and updates on progress in different sections (OS, FS,
install scripts, apps, 3rd party apps, etc).

I am sure other would love to see some more content than this, but these I
would be satisfied with.

Thanks

-GGR
