This weekend I went with a friend to buy a laptop for him, that will be
suitable for Solaris.
The first thing was to get SDDT, but some shops does not give internet
access, so I hacked around and had offline version running but at the
end this tool is connecting to some database over the internet, so we
were unable to use it offline.

So my question is, if someone is already collecting data based on the
database queries from SDDT, if yes we shoudn't ask for the
mail-the-results popup, but how to get collected information.

P.S. At the end we couldn't find a laptop ;-(
Polish community is currently working on a wiki similar to the:
http://gentoo-wiki.com/Index:Hardware

So in few days we will have it up and running and we will announce it.

It gives one big advantage over SDDT. If someting is not working by
default, it allows to write how some people made it working.
