It isn't being non-cooperative. I'm trying to explain what I feel is
the actual situation.

On the contrary, I feel that many (including myself) are coming to
better understand your particular viewpoint. Therefore I do believe it
is helping resolution.

You will not hear any disagreement from me that Sun needs to cooperate
with the community. However, your definition of cooperate seems to
include doing work on your behalf sometimes when it isn't necessary.

In your particular case, I do not believe that any idea has been
stolen. In general though, is not most software simply a better
iteration of someone else's ideals?

Let's not go accusing people or "entities" of things that aren't
