Shawn or someone already pointed out the procedural issue that Indiana is a project, not a community, and thus can't sponsor another project, but this project seems identical to a project that already exists: http://www.opensolaris.org/os/project/ddtool/ which is sponsored by both Device Drivers and Installation & Packaging.
