I really like what you did and it is really convenient for users in
China. All could be benefit for all
you did.

Right now, a lot of 3rd party organizations also have their own IPS
server(e.g., blastwave,sunfreeware).
We also can find a lot of interesting tools which are used broadly.
Could you set up a mirror for them
in China, like what you did for (pkg.opensolaris.org)? It will greatly
add popularity and arouse
interest in Chinese user group. I believe.

I am not sure it is legal or feasible, but only an advice.
