The support for OpenSolaris is basically aimed at those people whose
access to some of the latest versions of software (not currently
available in Solaris) are critical to their business needs. I don't
think developers are necessarily the ones who would pay for this
support, however. The current support plan that Sun offers provide a
subscription for 18 months from the moment a given version is released
- with some caveats about expectations in terms of escalations for RFEs.

Obviously we've only released one version so far, and as Stephen
mentioned, actively looking at refining it based on feedback from this
list, and other forums.
