Bulls eye! You're absolutely right. I knew nwam has some problems (which is why I use the old networking method for my opensolaris servers), but I thought live CD/USB is not affected by this. Apparently that's my mistake. Thanks for your help. Is it also the same problem on your setup, Michael? On a side note, i915 driver is still far from perfect though. This system works perfect with Ubuntu intrepid (I got 3D compiz desktop). On opensolaris snv_108 however, what I get is : - alt-tab not working initally. Strangely enough, alt-1 alt-2 and so on on gnome-terminal works. - if I set "Visual Effects" to "Normal" or "Extra", all I get is white screen. After about 15 seconds it revert back to normal desktop (without Compiz), but now alt-tab works :) At least now I'm confident enough to have an Opensolaris live-usb handy :D Regards, Fajar _______________________________________________ indiana-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://mail.opensolaris.org/mailman/listinfo/indiana-discuss
