I've a small persistent problem with OpenSolaris that my wireless link
is constantly disconnecting. I've tried Intel and Atheros based
chipsets and various routers and the problem is the same. It's really
frustrating when someone on a mac with the *same* wireless card in their
notebook doesn't have any issues, but I'm left to pkill dhcpagent ;
ifconfig ath1 auto-dhcp all the time.
Anyone familiar with this or know how to solve it? I'm currently using
snv_107, but have tested up to 111a as well. There was a new Atheros
driver made, but not sure if the Sun engineer ever released the source
to it.
